Melbourne cup day
Today there was a Horse race that is called Melbourne cup today I came 5Th and that was very good the winner was shocking I was very close to win but I didn't.My friend was very very close he came 3rd his name was Patrick. My horses name was master O'reilly. He had one big yellow star in the middle of the shirt and three stars on the selves and one star on the hat and all green on the rest of the shirt I took a lucky dip and thats how I got master O'reilly.

I a'm a mascot !!!!!!!!!
Today I found out I will be a mascot for the Roar at Suncorp stadium. I get to run out with the people who are playing the game and soon I'm going out with them. My brother is a ball boy at the same game and they are the people who get the ball and throw another ball back in the game. I try to go to every game when one is on but only if it is in Brisbane. Sebastian and Bertie are mascots like me.

My holiday
On the holidays I went to New Zealand. I staid at Cristi church for 1 day and we staid in a cabana and it was right next to the shot over jet and we got to see one. we went to the snow and I skied some of my

Plant experiment
Last week we made a experiment. it was fun making a plant experiment. my experiment was called a little light.I was in a group and in my group was Michael and Jay. today thay have shooted. thay have buds and thay have leaves. at the end we can eat them. the seeds were mung bean seeds and i'm haveing a great time and the no light is shooting a lot can you believe that everyone and some people have realy good plants. I with my group have disovereved with my class what do plants need to grow and we have a little booklet. there was day 1 to day 14 an day 14 is today and thay had ben better then yestarday and the regular water is wining today.

first term
First term we went to a Chinese restaurant. And we went by a train and it was fun going by a train. We ate spring rolls and vegetables and rice. It was so good to eat.
At the restaurant we had to speak one word in Chinese and that word was nihao and nihao is Chinese for hello. It was so fun and I sat next to my friend Lachlan on the train and it was fun with him. We had our own place mat and you had to put your name on the front and that was fun. Everyone had their own place mat to put food on.

What is an igneous rock
Igneous rock is one of the hardest rocks out of metamorphic and sedimentary.
A geologist trys to find igneous, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks. Igneous rocks are formed from molten lava or magma and made from crystals which have grown into each other.
They are often hard never contain fossils and are not usually layered. Igneous rocks are never rubbed off and igneous rocks are from volcanos.
I think every one should like igneous rocks.
